Core Veneer
The fundamental strength of high-quality plywood.
What is Core Veneer?
Core Veneer is the essential inner layer, or "core," used in the manufacturing of plywood, blockboard, and other engineered wood panels. It is a thin sheet of wood, typically 1mm to 3mm thick, that is rotary-peeled from a log.
The quality, strength, and durability of the core veneer directly determine the final quality of the plywood. At Oswal Lumbers, we manufacture two primary types of high-strength core veneer to meet the rigorous demands of the industry: **Eucalyptus Core** and **Pine Core**.
Our state-of-the-art peeling and drying process ensures uniform thickness, optimal moisture content, and a smooth surface, providing a superior raw material for plywood manufacturers.
Our Core Veneer Products
We offer two distinct types of core veneer, each with its own unique advantages, to suit your specific manufacturing needs.
